Terms of Use
Who runs this website, what its teachings are and are not, who owns the words and pictures, and which law applies.
DRAFT — NOT YET REVIEWED. This page was drafted from the website's own code and configuration, so what it says the site does is accurate as at 27 July 2026. It has NOT been reviewed by anyone qualified in Indian trust law or in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the registered name of the trust that operates the mandir has not yet been confirmed. It must be checked, corrected and approved by the mandir before this website is made public.
Who operates this website
This website is operated by Dutt Mandir, which operates Om Siddhivinayak Machindra Dutt Mandir at 14/1, Waghjai Nagar, Sukhsagar Nagar, Katraj, Pune 411046, Maharashtra, India.
It is not affiliated with, and does not speak for, any other organisation teaching Kriya Yoga.
What this site is, and what it is not
Nothing on this website is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
The pages here describe a spiritual tradition and the practices kept within it. They are an account of that tradition; they are not treatment, they are not therapy, and they are not a substitute for a doctor. If you are unwell, in distress, or under medical care, speak to a qualified professional. Do not stop taking anything a doctor has prescribed you because of something you read here.
This applies with particular force to the pages on kundalini and on khechari mudra, which say plainly on their own account that these practices can be destabilising if they are attempted without preparation and without a teacher. Read them as the warnings they are.
Nothing here is a promise of a result. The practices described are undertaken at your own responsibility.
Copyright
The text, photographs, drawings and design of this website belong to the mandir or are used by it with permission, and they are protected by the Copyright Act 1957.
You are welcome to read it, print it for yourself, and link to it. Quote it if you attribute it. Do not republish it wholesale, do not put it behind a payment, and do not present the teachings of this lineage as your own or as your own organisation's.
Some of the imagery on this site was produced with generative software rather than photographed. Where a picture is a photograph of the mandir or of Guru Sanjay Nath, it is a photograph.
The traditional material this site draws on — the mantras, the accounts of the Naths, the Avadhuta Gita and the rest — is the common inheritance of the tradition and nobody's property, including the mandir's.
Timings, dates and events
The timings and dates published here are given in good faith and they change. Festival dates follow the panchang and move from year to year; a havan may be moved; a session may not happen. Nothing on this page is a booking or a contract, and no fee is taken through this website for anything.
If you are travelling any distance to attend something, ask the mandir first through the Contact page.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else — the mandir's Instagram, for instance — that site is not this one and the mandir is not responsible for what is on it.
Availability
This is a small website run by a small mandir. It is not promised to be available at all times, and it may be taken down, changed or rebuilt without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
How to raise something
Through the Contact page. It is the only channel the mandir publishes, and the mandir reads it.
